Terms of Service

General

AgamSystems receives user-selected goods at our warehouse in China and arranges their transportation to Mongolia. By using our services, the user agrees to these Terms of Service.

Registration

  • Users must register with a valid mobile number to create an account. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and confidential. AgamSystems is not responsible for any loss caused by user negligence.
  • Only adults can make payments and use services. Users under 18 must use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Orders

  • Users are responsible for providing the correct warehouse address in Eren for delivery. Shipments are classified as “small” (up to 1 m³) or “large” (over 1 m³).

Tracking and Shipment Status

  • Users can register their shipment tracking code in the AgamSystems system and monitor its status.
  • Status: Registered → Departed from Eren → Arrived in Mongolia → Picked up at branch → Out for delivery → Delivered, etc.

Shipping

  • Delivery within China is the responsibility of the seller or supplier.
  • Estimated shipping time to Mongolia: Standard – 5–15 days; Express – 2–3 days (subject to change due to customs clearance or force majeure).

Pricing and Payment

  • Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the package.
  • Standard small shipment: 1 kg = 3,000₮; Express: 1 kg = 5,000₮.
  • Large shipment: 1 m³ ≈ 800 CNY; shipments over 1 m³ require a pre-quotation.
  • Additional customs duties and taxes may apply.
  • Users must pay according to the invoice generated in the app.

Package Pickup

  • Users can pick up their packages from a branch or choose delivery. Delivery fees depend on the weight and size of the shipment.
  • Standard delivery within Ulaanbaatar takes 24–48 hours.
  • AgamSystems is not responsible for any damage after the user has received the package.
  • Special support is available for seniors, people with disabilities, pregnant women, and customers with infants.

Delivery

  • Delivery service is available both within Ulaanbaatar and in rural areas.
  • Delivery fee depends on weight and volume (e.g., up to 10 kg – 7,000₮; over 20 kg – 30,000₮).

Storage

  • Free storage for 10 days after arrival in Mongolia.
  • After 10 days, a storage fee equal to 10% of the shipping cost will be charged.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

Fragile, oversized, valuable, perishable, or prohibited items will not be transported.

Prohibited items include:

  • 1. Explosives and flammable items: Explosives, grenades, bullets, fireworks, pyrotechnics, flammable liquids (gasoline, paint), gases, and pressurized containers.
  • 2. Toxic substances: Acids, solvents, corrosive chemicals, radioactive materials, narcotics, and psychotropic substances.
  • 3. Weapons and dangerous tools: Firearms, ammunition, military equipment, unprotected knives, electric shock devices, etc.
  • 4. Live animals and plants: Live animals, endangered species, organs, fresh plants, soil, and seeds.
  • 5. Illegal goods: Counterfeit money, securities, fake products, immoral or obscene materials, and protected cultural artifacts.
  • 6. Food and medicine: Perishable foods (meat, milk, eggs, etc.), unauthorized drugs, and pharmaceutical raw materials.
  • 7. Cash restrictions: Cash exceeding the limit set by customs regulations.
  • 8. Other fragile or risky items: Liquids susceptible to freezing or leaking, fragile glass, mirrors, screens, stone slabs, TVs, and easily perishable cosmetics.

Refusal of Service

  • AgamSystems reserves the right to refuse service to users who file unjustified complaints, cause communication issues, or insult staff.

Liability

  • Users are fully responsible for the selection and quality of products ordered. AgamSystems is not responsible for issues related to product quality or supplier reliability.
